1. Money-Back Guarantee

Context Tab Saver, operated by Context Tab Saver, offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for all paid subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

2. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date
  • This is your first purchase of a Context Tab Saver subscription
  • You have not previously received a refund for Context Tab Saver

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at wang1993945@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your registered email address
  • The date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request (optional, but helps us improve)

4. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • Your subscription will be cancelled immediately upon refund approval
  • Access to Pro features will be revoked

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time after the 14-day guarantee period

6. Exceptions

Refunds may not be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Requests made after the 14-day guarantee period
  • Multiple refund requests from the same user
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent activity or abuse of the refund policy
